The Empowered Grief Intensive

Your grief isn't something to get over.
It's something to grow around.

A 4-month 1:1 container for parents ready to integrate pregnancy loss and reclaim their power.

Dear Friend

You're holding it together.

You went back to work. You went back to life. You showed up. You smiled when you needed to. Maybe you never even told anyone you were pregnant. So how could you tell them about the loss?

You did what you had to do. Because that's what we do, isn't it? We keep going.

But here's what nobody tells you: The grief doesn't disappear just because you don't talk about it.

It goes underground. And then it shows up in other ways.

The overwhelming feelings that hit you out of nowhere. The loud inner critic that picks you apart. The distance you feel in your relationships with your partner, your children, your friends, and even yourself. The fog that makes it hard to focus. The exhaustion that no amount of sleep can fix.

You're not broken. You're not "too sensitive" or "taking too long to move on."

You're carrying something enormous. And you've been doing it alone.

I know, because I've been there.

Eight pregnancies. Two living children. Years of holding it together while my heart was breaking.

I kept working. I kept showing up. I smiled through the "When are you having another baby?" questions. I navigated the medical appointments, the insurance forms, the well-meaning advice that missed the mark entirely.

And I thought I was fine. Until I wasn't.

The grief I hadn't processed was affecting everything - my work, my relationships, my ability to feel like myself. I knew something had to change.

So I did the work. The deep, honest, transformational work of integrating my grief instead of trying to get over it. Of growing around it instead of pretending it wasn't there.

And everything shifted.

I wrote a book about it: All of These Lines: My Story of Pregnancy, Loss and Hope. I've lived this journey. I've walked through the fire. And now, I hold space for others doing the same.

That's why I created The Empowered Grief Intensive pregnancy loss coaching program.

Because you deserve more than well-meaning therapy that tells you to "move on." More than surface-level coaching that ignores what's really going on. More than suffering in silence because there's nowhere safe to speak your truth.

You deserve a guide who understands. A container that holds you. A process that helps you integrate your grief so you can show up - fully, powerfully, authentically - in your work and your life.

Not despite your grief. With it. Around it. Empowered by it.

This is your invitation to stop carrying it alone.

With empathy and understanding,

Bianca Johnson

Empowerment Coach & Author of All of These Lines: My Story of Pregnancy, Loss and Hope

This programme isn't about "fixing" you. You're not broken.

It's about integration, giving your grief a place to land so it stops running your life from the shadows.

Here's what becomes possible when you stop carrying this alone:

You'll finally have space to process what you've been holding

For the first time, you'll have dedicated, unrushed time to speak your truth without judgment, timelines, or someone telling you to "move on." You'll release the emotions that have been stuck, the stories you haven't been able to tell, the pain you've been carrying in silence.

You'll quiet the loud inner critic

That voice that tells you you're not enough, that picks you apart, that won't let you rest? We'll work together to understand where it's coming from, give it a name and a personality, and build tools to turn down the volume and ask it to sit in the back seat. You'll discover the tools for compassionate self-talk that empowers instead of diminishing.

You'll show up differently in your work, your parenting, your relationships

When grief isn't clouding your focus, you'll reclaim the clarity, capacity, and confidence you've been missing. You'll stop feeling like you're just surviving and start showing up as the capable, present person you know you can be.

You'll reconnect in your relationships

The distance you've been feeling - with your partner, your children, your friends - will start to soften. You'll have the emotional bandwidth to be present, to connect, to let people in again. Not because the grief is gone, but because you've learned to carry it differently.

You'll build a toolbox for moving forward

This isn't just three months of talking. You'll walk away with practical, proven tools for processing grief when it resurfaces, navigating triggers (medical appointments, insurance questions, pregnancy announcements), and finding your glimmers - the moments of light that remind you you're still here, still whole.

You'll grow around your grief instead of trying to get over it

This is the biggest shift: You'll stop waiting to "feel better" and start building a life that holds both the grief and the joy. You'll embrace your grief like the power suit it can be. Something that's changed you, yes, but also made you stronger, deeper, more empathetic, more authentic.

You'll feel like yourself again. But better.

Not the "before" version of yourself - that person doesn't exist anymore, and that's okay. You'll become the version of you that's integrated, empowered, whole. Changed by loss, but not defeated. Carrying grief, but not crushed by it.

You'll reclaim your innate power.

"Bianca's words gave me permission to sit with memories and feelings I hadn't fully faced. My own miscarriage, fertility struggles, even emotions from my husband's cancer - all of it came flooding back, and I was finally able to process it. She holds space for women and couples who feel unseen, for those who don't know how to put their pain into words. It's raw, it's real, and it's necessary."

Amanda Le Roux

This isn't about erasing your grief or "getting back to normal." There is no normal after loss, and that's okay.

This pregnancy loss coaching is about integration. About building a life that holds both the grief and the joy. About reclaiming the parts of yourself that got lost in the holding-it-together survival mode.

Here's what parents who do this deep work experience:

  • You'll Feel Lighter

The heaviness that's been sitting on your chest? It starts to lift. Not because the grief disappears, but because you've finally given it somewhere to go. You'll release the emotions you've been holding in silence, and that release creates space. Space to breathe, to think, to feel like yourself again.

  • You'll Articulate What You Couldn't Before

So much of grief gets stuck because we don't have the words for it. Through our work together, you'll gain language for what you've been carrying. You'll be able to name your feelings, tell your story (when you choose to), and navigate those difficult moments (medical appointments, insurance forms, well-meaning questions) with clarity and confidence instead of being blindsided.

  • Your Inner Critic Will Quiet Down

That voice that tells you you're not doing enough, not healing fast enough, not "over it" yet? It loses its power. You'll develop compassionate self-talk and learn to recognise when your grief is speaking versus when your truth is. You'll stop picking yourself apart and start treating yourself with the empathy you deserve.

  • You'll show up more fulling in your life

The fog lifts. Your focus returns. You'll stop feeling like you're dragging yourself through the day and start showing up with the clarity, energy, and presence your work deserves. You'll make decisions more easily. You'll engage with the world without that constant undercurrent of "Am I holding it together? Can they tell?"

  • Your Relationships Will Deepen

When you're not spending all your energy managing your grief in private, you have bandwidth for connection again. You'll be more present with your partner, your children, your friends. The walls you've built to protect yourself can come down, not all at once, but gradually. You'll let people in again.

  • You'll Navigate Triggers with Tools, Not Panic

Pregnancy announcements. Baby showers. "When are you having another?" questions. Medical forms asking how many pregnancies you've had. These moments won't stop happening—but you'll have a toolkit for handling them. You'll know how to ground yourself, process the feelings, and move through them without being derailed for days.

  • You'll Discover Your Glimmers

Glimmers are the opposite of triggers. They're the small moments of light, joy, and hope that remind you you're still here, still alive, still capable of feeling good things. Through this work, you'll start noticing them again. A beautiful sunrise. Bird song you seldom notice. A moment of peace. You'll learn to hold both the grief and the glimmers at the same time.

  • You'll Grow Around Your Grief

This is the most profound shift: You'll stop waiting to "get over it" and start building a life that includes it. Your grief becomes part of your story, not the whole story. It's there—it always will be—but it's no longer running the show. You're empowered by what you've survived, not crushed by it.

  • You'll Feel Like Yourself Again - But Deeper

You won't be the "before" version of yourself. That person doesn't exist anymore, and that's okay. You'll become the version of you that's integrated, empowered, whole. Changed by loss, but not defined by it. Carrying grief, but not buried under it.

You'll reclaim your innate power. And you'll know - deeply, truly - that you're not broken. You never were.

"Bianca has a way of making you feel so much more normal—like you're not alone in the messy, hard parts of grief and motherhood."

What's Included in the Pregnancy Loss Coaching?

This isn't a cookie-cutter programme. It's a bespoke, intimate container designed around your unique journey with grief.

Here's everything you receive over three months:

12 Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions Up to 90 Minutes Each

We meet three times per month - one session per week with an integration week built in. These aren't rushed 60-minute calls where you're watching the clock. You get up to 90 minutes of dedicated, uninterrupted space to process, release, and transform.

This is your time. To speak your truth. To cry if you need to. To sit in silence if that's what's called for. To work through the hard stuff without judgement or timelines.

Value: Priceless. But if we're counting, that's 18 hours of expert support.

Access to Me via Telegram During Business Hours

Between sessions, you're not alone. You have direct access to me during business hours throughout your full four months.

Send a voice note when something lands. Ask a question when you're stuck. Share a win when you need witness. Process a trigger in real time instead of waiting a week for our next call.

This is the kind of support that makes transformation stick - consistent, responsive, personal.

Custom-Created Resources Designed for Your Journey

Everyone's grief is different. Your tools should be too.

You'll receive bespoke resources created specifically for what you need, which may include:

Grief integration journals with prompts tailored to your story.
Affirmation card decks to counter your specific inner critic patterns.
Grounding exercises for your unique triggers.
Processing tools for the moments when grief catches you off guard.

These aren't generic worksheets. They're personalised for you—built around your experience, your needs, your transformation. Created in collaboration with you to ensure you actually use them and they don't just clutter up your downloads folder.

A Container Held with Empowerment, Connection & Integrity

This programme is rooted in my core values:

Empowerment: I believe in your innate potential. I'm here to help you unlock it—not to fix you, because you're not broken.

Connection: You won't feel alone in this work. I've been where you are (eight pregnancies, two living children). I understand what you're carrying in ways that generic therapy or surface-level coaching can't.

Integrity: We'll work together with honesty, flexibility, and respect. Life happens—illness, emergencies, unexpected demands. If you need to pause or reschedule, we'll work it out together. This isn't rigid "use it or lose it" coaching. It's a partnership built on trust.

Exclusive, Boutique Support Limited to 4 Clients at a Time

I only work with four clients at a time in this programme. That's intentional.

This work requires me to show up fully—emotionally, mentally, energetically. I can't do that for dozens of people. I can do it for four.

Which means when you're in this container, you're not just another client. You're one of four humans I'm completely committed to for three months.

You get my full presence, my expertise, my heart.

Built on Trust, Not Fine Print

This pregnancy loss coaching programme is rooted in empowerment, connection, and integrity - which means we're both showing up with honesty and respect.

If life throws something at you (and it does), we'll work it out together. Need to reschedule? We'll find another time. Facing a genuine emergency? Let me know, and we'll pause and resume when you're ready.

I won't hold you to rigid "use it or lose it" terms, and I trust you to honour your commitment to this work and our time together.

What I ask in return is honest communication and a commitment to showing up when you're able. That openness is what makes this container safe and transformational for both of us.

"It felt so healing on so many levels. I feel so much more normal after reading it."

— Reader of All of These Lines

My Commitment to Your Transformation

I'm so confident in this work that I offer this guarantee:

If you show up to all 12 pregnancy loss coaching sessions, complete the custom exercises and journalling prompts, and engage honestly in the process—and you don't experience a meaningful shift in how you're processing your grief and showing up in your life - I'll refund your investment in full.

This programme works when you commit to showing up for yourself. I'll meet you where you are; hold the space; you bring your willingness to go on the journey towards healing your hurts.

What "Showing Up" Means:

This guarantee isn't about perfection. It's about genuine engagement.

  • Attending all 12 sessions (or rescheduling if life happens - flexibility is built in)
  • Doing the reflective work between sessions (journaling, exercises, processing)
  • Being honest about what's coming up for you - the hard stuff, the messy stuff, the real stuff
  • Communicating openly if something isn't working so we can adjust together

What it doesn't mean:

  • You have to have it all figured out
  • You can't have hard days or setbacks
  • You need to "perform" healing on a timeline

Transformation isn't linear. I know that. This guarantee protects you if the work genuinely doesn't serve you, but it also honours the reality that this work requires your participation.

Why I Can Offer This Guarantee:

Because I've lived this. I've done the work. I know what's possible when someone is ready to integrate their grief instead of carrying it alone.

And because I'm limiting this programme to four clients at a time, I can give each person the level of attention, customisation, and support that makes transformation inevitable—when they show up for it.

Who's Holding Space for You

I'm Bianca Johnson

Empowerment coach, author, and someone who truly understands what you're carrying.

I've lived this journey. Eight pregnancies. Six losses. Two living children.

I know what it's like to go back to work when your heart is breaking. To hold it together in meetings. To navigate the "When are you having another baby?" questions. To feel like you're supposed to be "over it" by now when the grief is still right there, just under the surface.

For years, I did what so many of us do: I kept going. I journalled in private. I showed up. I survived.

But surviving isn't the same as living. And I knew something had to change.

So I did the work. The deep, honest, transformational work of integrating my grief instead of trying to get over it. Of growing around it. Of building a life that could hold both the loss and the hope.

And then I started helping others do the same.

How I Got Here

In 2013, after experiencing three consecutive pregnancy losses, I founded an online support group for loss parents in South Africa. I wanted to create the kind of space I'd been searching for—a place where people could speak their truth, process their grief, and feel less alone.

That community became a lifeline—not just for others, but for me too. Holding space for other people's stories became part of my own healing. Journalling became my processing tool. And over time, I realised that growing around grief is a shared journey, one that flourishes when we hold space for each other's stories.

Years later, I transitioned to Empowerment Coach, combining my expertise in fostering confidence with my lived experience of loss. I wanted to offer more than platitudes or timelines. I wanted to give people practical tools, heartfelt support, and a container where they could finally stop performing "fine" and start feeling whole again.

In 2024, I wrote All of These Lines: My Story of Pregnancy, Loss & Hope—the courageous, unflinching companion I wished I'd had on my own journey. The book I needed when I was in the thick of it, desperately searching for someone who understood.

And now, through The Empowered Grief Intensive, I offer the kind of support I know transforms lives—because it transformed mine.

Why I Do This Work

Because I believe you're not broken. You never were.

Because I know what it's like to carry grief in silence, and I also know what it's like to release it—to articulate it, to integrate it, to grow around it.

Because I've seen what happens when people finally have space to process, tools to navigate triggers, and a guide who truly gets it. They reclaim their clarity. They reconnect in their relationships. They show up empowered in their work and their lives.

Not despite their grief. With it. Around it. Transformed by it.

A Little About My Life

Photos 2024 IMG 3980

I live in Rosetta, in the KZN Midlands of South Africa, with my husband, two free-range children, and our lively household of pets. When I'm not coaching or writing, you'll find me journalling in my wildflower garden, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or planning restorative camping trips to the National Parks, reconnecting with nature.

I believe in empowerment, connection, and integrity. I believe in holding space without judgement. And I believe that your grief deserves to be witnessed—not rushed, not fixed, not minimised.

I've been where you are. And I know the way through.

If you're ready to stop carrying this alone, I'm here.

Let's do this work together.

"I lost my babies nearly 40 years ago, and reading Bianca's book made me realize how much of that grief I'd never truly processed. What Bianca offers in her coaching is something I wish had existed back then—a space to honor your lost baby or babies, not just push the memories aside. Her work isn't about getting over it—it's about incorporating your grief into your life so it no longer triggers you. Lives are going to be radically changed through Bianca's authentic, compassionate guidance."

Desrae Coventry, Business Professional

Is this for You?

This pregnancy loss coaching programme is designed for a very specific person. Let me paint the picture so that you can see if you recognise yourself:

This Is For You If:

  • You've experienced pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, infant loss) and the grief is still affecting how you show up in your life
  • You're high-functioning and you kept going, after your loss - back to work, back to parenting, back to life - maybe without telling anyone, maybe without taking time to process
  • You "held it together" because that's what you do, but now the cracks are showing and you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, difficulty focusing, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others
  • You're done with surface-level solutions - you've tried therapy that told you to "move on," business coaching that ignored your grief, or self-help books that felt too generic to actually help
  • You're ready to do the deep work of integrating your grief instead of trying to get over it and you want a guide who's actually been there
  • You know something needs to change, even if you're not sure exactly what that looks like yet
  • You're willing to show up honestly. to do the journalling, to engage in the sessions, to be real about what's coming up (even when it's messy)
  • You want bespoke, premium support. Not a group programme, not a course you work through alone, but genuine 1:1 guidance tailored to your unique journey
  • You're committed to the investment, not just financially, but emotionally and time-wise (three months, 12 sessions, doing the work between calls)

This is NOT For You if:

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a timeline for "getting over" your grief. This work is about integration, not erasure. If you want someone to tell you you'll be "back to normal" in 12 weeks, this isn't it.
  • You're not willing to do the work between sessions. Transformation requires participation. If you want to show up to calls but not engage with journalling, exercises, or reflection, this programme won't give you the results you're hoping for.
  • You're looking for group support or community connection right now. This is an intimate, 1:1 container. If you're craving community (which is beautiful and valid!), my RAINBOW Method group programme might be a better fit when it launches.
  • You're not ready to be honest about what's really going on. This work requires vulnerability. If you're still in "performing fine" mode and not ready to let that go, you might need more time before this container will serve you.
  • You're expecting me to "fix" you. You're not broken. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to hold space, offer tools, and walk beside you as you integrate your grief and reclaim your power. If you're looking for someone to do the healing for you, this isn't the right fit.
  • The investment feels impossible or resentful. If the price makes you feel stressed or resentful rather than aligned and committed, it's not the right time. I want you to enter this container feeling empowered by your choice, not burdened by it.

You Might Be Thinking:

"This sounds like exactly what I need, but I'm not sure I'm 'ready enough' or 'healed enough' to start."

Here's the truth: You don't have to be "ready" or "healed" to begin. You just have to be willing.

Willing to stop carrying this alone. Willing to show up honestly. Willing to do the work.

If you're reading this and thinking, "I don't know if I can do this, but I know I need to try" - that's enough. That's readiness.

Still Not Sure?

That's okay. This is a big decision.

If you're thinking, "This sounds right, but I have questions," book a free 30-minute discovery call with me. We'll talk about where you are, what you need, and whether this programme is the right fit for you right now.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation between two humans.

"Bianca doesn't shy away from the complex emotions - she names them, holds them, and helps you see you're not broken for feeling them."

What You're Really Investing In:

✨ Feeling like yourself again
✨ Reclaiming your focus and clarity
✨ Reconnecting in your relationships
✨ Quieting your inner critic
✨ Processing your grief instead of carrying it in silence
✨ Building a toolkit for navigating triggers
✨ Growing around your grief instead of waiting to "get over it"
✨ Reclaiming your innate power

The Cost of NOT Doing This Work:

Let's be honest about what it's costing you right now to keep going alone:

💔 Lost capacity in your work, your relationships, your ability to be present — How much of your life has been affected by the fog, the overwhelm, the difficulty focusing?

💔 Strained relationships — The distance with your partner, your children, your friends

💔 Ongoing therapy that's not quite working — £200-£400/month, indefinitely, with mixed messages about "getting over it"

💔 Mental and emotional toll — The exhaustion, the loud inner critic, the feeling that you're just surviving

💔 Time — How many more months or years will you carry this alone?

If unprocessed grief is costing you even £500/month in lost capacity, that's £1,500 over three months.

But the real cost? Years of not feeling fully like yourself.

This Investment Pays for Itself

Not just financially (though reclaiming your focus and capacity in life absolutely has monetary value).

But in energy. In presence. In peace.

In being able to show up for your life again - not despite your grief, but empowered by what you've survived.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I know if I'm ready for this?

You don't have to be "ready" in the sense of having it all figured out or being "healed enough." You just need to be willing—willing to stop carrying this alone, willing to show up honestly, willing to do the work.

If you're reading this thinking, "I don't know if I can do this, but I know I need to try," that's enough. That's readiness.

If you're still not sure, book a free discovery call and we'll talk through where you are and whether this is the right fit for you right now.

You Don't Have to Carry This Alone Anymore

I know what it's like to hold it together when your heart is breaking.

To go back to work. To show up in meetings. To answer the "When are you having another baby?" questions with a smile that doesn't reach your eyes.

To feel like you're supposed to be "over it" by now, when the grief is still right there—just under the surface, affecting everything.

You're not broken. You never were.

You're carrying something enormous. And you've been doing it alone for too long.

Here's What I Know:

Grief doesn't disappear just because you don't talk about it. It goes underground. And then it shows up in other ways—the overwhelm, the fog, the distance in your relationships, the loud inner critic that won't let you rest.

But here's the other thing I know: You don't have to live like this.

You can integrate your grief instead of trying to get over it. You can grow around it. You can build a life that holds both the loss and the hope, the grief and the joy.

You can feel like yourself again—not the "before" version, but something deeper. Something empowered.

Changed by loss, yes. But not defeated by it.

This Is Your Invitation

To stop performing "fine."
To stop waiting for the grief to go away on its own.
To stop carrying this in silence.

To reclaim your innate power.

The Empowered Grief Intensive is a 4-month container where you'll finally have space to process what you've been holding, build tools for moving forward, and grow around your grief with a guide who's been exactly where you are.

I've walked this path. I know the way through.

And I'm here to walk it with you.

Your Next Step:

If this feels like what you need—or even if you're just curious and have questions—book a free 30-minute discovery call with me.

We'll talk about where you are, what you need, and whether this programme is the right fit for you right now.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation between two humans who understand what it's like to carry grief.

Or, If You're Ready to Begin:

If you already know this is for you—if everything in your body is saying "Yes, this is what I need"—you can apply directly for The Empowered Grief Intensive.

I only work with four clients at a time, and spots fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

My Commitment to Your Transformation

I'm so confident in this work that I offer this guarantee:

If you show up to all 12 sessions, complete the custom exercises and journalling prompts, and engage honestly in the process—and you don't experience a meaningful shift in how you're processing your grief and showing up in your life - I'll refund your investment in full.

This programme works when you commit to showing up for yourself. I'll meet you where you are; hold the space; you bring your willingness to go on the journey towards healing your hurts.
