Welcome to Bianca Johnson Empowerment (sole proprietor Bianca Johnson) ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://biancajohnson.me and any services provided through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website with a new effective date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been made will indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree:

  • Not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Not to use the Service to impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service or which, as determined by us, may harm Bianca Johnson Empowerment or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

5. Fees and Payment

Payments for our Service are processed by Stripe via SureCart. You agree to provide accurate billing information, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amount specified at the moment of purchase.

6. Digital Purchases

Both digital downloads and coaching services are offered: NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE MAILED. For digital downloads, once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download in your "Purchases." For coaching services, once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with details on how to schedule your session.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, these products are not eligible for refunds as once you have the file, it can't be returned. For coaching services, please refer to our specific cancellation policy that may apply. Please send me a message for any clarification before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Bianca Johnson Empowerment or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  • Colour may vary by screen and printer.
  • No physical item will be shipped.
  • No cancellations or refunds.
  • Licensed for personal use only and cannot be sold or shared.
  • No commercial use.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bianca Johnson Empowerment, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

17. Coaching Services

  • Coaching sessions are conducted over Google Meet. Detailed instructions will be provided upon booking.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a coaching session requires at least 12 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 3 hours notice may be charged in full.
  • Coaching services are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
